Purpose of Program
Use this program to get a report of the employee gross payroll and tax information for the current quarter. This information can be used as a reference for quarterly tax reports you may need to submit.
General Program Operation
You may enter a range of employee numbers and/or divisions. If you do not enter limits, the program will print the information for all employees. This is the only report that uses the QTD subtotals and as a result must be run prior to the first payroll of a new quarter. All the other forms and reports such as PR-L-B or PR-L-G use the detail payroll transaction file for a date range and therefore do not need to be run prior to the first payroll of the next quarter.
