If I click “ok”, then this pop-up saying it cannot be released disappears. Then if I hit “exit” in the lower right of the screen, then the little pop-up reappears saying the sales order cannot be released. It’s just an endless loop. The only way to break the loop and get out of here is to first press “ok” and then press the “x” at the top right of the SO-E program.
Are you using the Contract Review module and this is truly an unapproved order that just needs more graceful handling or is the popup coming up when it shouldn’t be at all because you do not have contract review turned on?
Yes, we are using the contract review module. This is indeed an unapproved order.
