SM-I-D Enter Reminder Types
General Program Description
Use this program to create codes for use with Reminders in CM-A and AR-A. This is a user-defined code which defines a category of follow-up and a corresponding description. For example, one code could be used to define telephone follow-up, another could define trade show follow up, and another could be used for Accounts Receivable follow-up. This code allows follow-up reports to be limited to specific types of follow-up.
To create a record, enter a code (up to three characters, alphanumeric) as well as a 25 character description. To edit an existing code, enter the code or select one by clicking on the Lookup icon (or press F2).
