Upload option for entering Annual Budgets?

We are about to update our annual budget information and is there a method to update the data from a worksheet vs. manually entering each amount for each month for each account?

I am not the person that historically does this but they are asking if there is an easier way

Assuming you are only entering a budget for income and expense accounts, you need a spreadsheet with GL Account in column 1, Department (if used) in column 2 and 12 columns of amount per month. Credits are negative numbers, no $ formatting. Save as CSV and close in Excel.

In Evo go to UT-A program T7GENIMP. Structure BKGLCOA, No to tag all fields. If you do not use departments leave the index as BKGL.ACCT and start the monthly budget in column 2 in the CSV. If you do use departments change the index to BKGL.KEY and put the department in column 2 and start the monthly totals in column 3 in the CSV. Enter your filename with path, date format does not matter and R to replace. The GL Account and, if used, Department will be checked as column 1 and 2 (if used). Scroll down and start entering the monthly amounts by checking the columns for the monthly amounts starting with BKGL.BUDGET Array #2 through Array #13. Array 1 would be a beginning balance and Array 14 the ending balance for balance sheet accounts. Click Import.
